Transparency and Care

Please note that this is a one person operation and each piece is made carefully by hand. There may be slight variations in color and texture as well as some imperfections. That is the nature of handmade jewelry and also what makes each piece so special! Please read our policies below and contact us with any questions you may have.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible with a 5-10 (usually sooner if in the LA area)  business day time frame. U.S. shipping only, no international shipping at this time. Once a package is dropped off at the Post Office, it is out of our control. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please email us at simplysintainfo@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @shopsimplysinta. Please note that tracking information may take a couple of days to update.

RETURN POLICY

Simply Sinta is a one person operated business, and for that reason returns are not offered at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email them to simplysintainfo@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and I will happily replace your item!

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

As mentioned above, if your purchase arrives damaged, please take photos and email them to simplysintainfo@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and I will send a replacement. I cannot replace orders that have been broken or damaged by the purchaser. Please make sure to take care of your items by avoiding getting them wet, wiping the hardware with a polishing cloth to avoid discoloration, and handling items with care. Please also note that each piece is carefully made by hand and will have some variations and imperfections.

Personal information is collected to fulfill any orders placed through our website (i.e. processing payment information, shipping, order confirmations, and any customer communication regarding their order).
